Impact on Entrepreneurship & Economic Growth

A deep value at DreamRoot is sustainability; sustainability in operations of the social initiatives and the mental, physical and emotional health of the local leaders.

DreamRoot Training Centers have been serving as entrepreneurial incubators. And DreamRoot local leaders have embraced entrepreneurship as a driver of sustainable development and to help cover operating costs for their programs and training centers. They have been busy implementing revenue-generating projects and partnerships to further their social initiatives.

Their work is paving the way for many and has led to:

  • Job creation and employment, thus reducing poverty and promoting human flourishing.

  • Launching budding entrepreneurs and strengthening new business through incubators.

  • Making needed services and products accessible to community members has led to increased mental, physical and emotional health in individuals and stronger families.

  • Expansion of programming to more students and community members in need, contributing to reduction in violence, increased graduation rates, and overall enhanced well-being of students and wider community.

This is what economic restoration and economic justice looks like. While economic development alone will not solve all our problems, it is a critical component. We must ensure we are focused on loving people, working for their good, and walking alongside them. This is why we focus on continued training, coaching, networking and team care services.
