2024 Annual Impact Report: Empowering Leaders, Transforming Communities

At the start of last year, we set out to expand our reach and deepen our impact by equipping local leaders to drive meaningful change in their communities—and we’re excited to share that we’ve done just that!

Through leadership coaching, training workshops, and programs like the Jiu Jitsu Leader Network, Leadership Accelerator, and Brazil Exchange Trip, we’ve empowered 138 leaders across four countries, reaching over 1,680 people in 21 communities.
