2026 Q1 Impact Report: Building Connected Pathways of Growth

- 1 min read

We launched into the year strong, advancing across leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community connection.
The first quarter of 2026 included strategic planning sessions with a local organization’s team of 50+, our 5-week FLAME Women’s Entrepreneur Cohort, and cross-training BJJ events across the greater Recife region. Alongside this, ongoing weekly programming and leadership coaching continued to strengthen local communities globally.
These activities are not isolated programs, they are part of DreamRoot’s impact pathways: consistent leadership development, economic empowerment through entrepreneurship, and community-building through shared practice and relational networks. Together, these pathways work across individual growth, local institutional strengthening, and broader socio-economic development by building trust, capability, and connected ecosystems where people can thrive and multiply impact over time.
Check out the report HERE.
At the center of it all is a simple conviction: development work is relational, not transactional. Q1 reminded us again that when people are supported consistently, leaders grow, entrepreneurs build responsibly, and communities become stronger together.
